By Dr. Joy S. Pedersen
I had no idea that I would be called to help mankind transition to heaven on earth. Who am I? What skill sets did I have for this job? My questions made me realize that over the years, I had done numerous types of jobs and shared in the struggles so many experienced. Why? It helped me relate to and understand the plight of humanity. It helped me prepare for the job I now hold.
As in most careers, you go through different trials and challenges forcing you to improve on the initial studies to gain entrance to the career you now hold. Everything builds on itself to make you who you are today.
We are all here for a purpose. We are all here to learn. We are all here to become more of who we are. Many times we are adding skills to the mix. Other times we are adding life lessons. Sometimes we need to understand human behavior to relate better to one another. Sometimes it is learning tactical moves. Whatever we are learning, it is helping us grow to become more than we were.
The other part of growth, however, that is less recognized is that often we are required to let go in order to move forward. We need to let go of behaviors that don’t serve us and others. We need to let go of memories that hold us back or keep us thinking small and not living up to our true potential.
When we let go of people, places, things, behaviors, thoughts and beliefs that hold us back or do not support our best selves, we have the freedom to be, do and have what is for our best. If it is for our best, it is then for the best of mankind.
Holding tight to the past ways of being and believing keep us living in the past. When we let go, the future can unfold in a whole new way. What way is right for you may not be right for me or the way either of us have done things in the past or were taught was best for us. Society has limited us by the beliefs set forth before us dictated down through the ages about what was right, so and expected.
What is the truth? The truth for you lies within you. The truth for me lies within me. The truth does not always lie in a book with static information for all to adhere to from the beginning of it’s discovery to the end of time. Things change as do people and circumstances. Are you changing with them or are you living in the past, following rules that were set down by your ancestors? Are you following dictates of a people who created rules and standards and rituals appropriate for the time (say thousands of years ago for the reality of the time)?
Who are you today? What have you been groomed for today? Where are you headed? What do you believe about yourself and who you want to be? What do you want to be doing? Do you know and are you following your calling? Your calling to greatness may not be that you were meant to be a world leader. Maybe you were meant to work in public service making life a little more pleasant for others as a waitress. If that is your calling and the contribution you are to be making this lifetime, are you great at the job you are doing? Do you know everything there is to being the best at what you are doing? It should not matter to anyone else what you are doing as long as you are doing what you were meant to do this lifetime. It should matter to all of us if you are not doing what you were meant to do because if you are not you are not fulfilling your destiny and as well as inhibiting us in ours.
It is imperative for all mankind to do the job they were meant to do now. It is time for everyone to step up to the plate and take ownership for that role they were meant for and do that job with gusto. Be true to yourself by being true to your calling. Make it alright to be who you were meant to be. The universe will support you in your calling. It was what you were meant to do. So go do it. Bring your best self to the job at hand. Do the best you can at the job you were meant to do.
You were groomed for greatness ever since you were in heaven preparing for this lifetime. You were given the natural abilities and the callings to propel you forward into the job you were meant to do. What sidelines us often is what others think. Their judgments of the roles we desire. They have their own agendas and ideas about what is appropriate for them having no idea that if that was our calling. It may have been meant for them and them alone and not something or a standard to impose on others.
You were groomed for greatness before arriving here on this planet and now it is your turn to continue grooming yourself to be great at following and fulfilling your calling. Not everyone is called to do the same thing. Not everyone has to do what they are called to do for income. Everyone, however, has a calling and an ideal place for them to fit into society. Are you fulfilling your role and your duty to yourself and society by doing as your called and fulfilling your destiny?
The time is now to live into your greatness no matter what that looks like. You will know from the inside knowledge you carry with you always. Tap into that and you will know exactly what you need to do, where you need to go and what you need to learn to live into your greatness for the here and now.
Not everyone shares in my role of helping other prepare for heaven on earth although there are others doing the same in their own way. But in my efforts for me to be groomed for greatness, I often learned the hard way. I frequently did things I did not like in order to get where I am. I sometimes struggled with figuring out what was right and appropriate to me along with a lot of effort in letting go of the past behaviors and beliefs that no longer served me and inhibited me to following my calling.
But now that I am in my right place, doing the job I was meant to do, it is my responsibility to show you that it is important for you, too, to also be in your right job and fulfill the role appropriate for this lifetime to help transition into heaven on earth. The faster we are all in our right roles, living on divine purpose, we will help ease into heaven on earth for ourselves as well as others.
We are all being groomed for greatness. It is time to be a living example of the greatness that we were meant to be by expressing that to the world.
