What happened to Sundays? It used to be a day spent with family sharing dinner and family activities, drives in the country, resting and relaxing. That has diminished in this society today with all the rushing, the numerous projects and activities that keep everyone so busy. Why do you suppose that is? What is all the rush about?
It appears to us that the increased need people have more, better or different takes away from their very essence and the essence of life itself.
The supposed needs people have are fabricated out of lack rather than coming from a place of joy and abundance.
Joy and abundance were the leisurely days of the past when people relaxed and enjoyed each other rather than stuff and activities.
If you want more joy and abundance in your life, you may wish to reconsider taking Sundays off and spend them with those that you love and enjoy. Out of giving yourself a break, you allow more abundance to be drawn to you.
Those of you who work on Sunday may possibly make more money but you do not necessarily have more abundance. Your results are dictated out of your values.
Archangel Michael
People often put work first thinking they have to work hard in order to make money. It is actually the opposite. You can create more money by playing than anything else. When you play, you raise your vibration. When you raise your vibration, you attract more money. You attract ideas that you can create money from and draw experiences and opportunities to you that also bring you closer to that which you want to create. In the latter, however, you may create that which you want without the need for money to exchange for it.
The opportunities and experiences can just come of it’s own accord without the extra step of paying for it. What is due you, you will have when you let go and allow it to be. When you work, you are often struggling. Struggling blocks flow. When you play, you let go. So play and allow and experience all that life was meant to be easily and effortlessly.
Michael, the Archangel
Playtime is creative time. Even if you are not someone who is not creative by means of expressing yourself through arts and crafts or similar activity, it is important to play to create. The shift in energy that occurs when you play is significant as it opens channels to opportunity that are otherwise closed when not playing. You can play an instrument, or play in the playground or just play catch. It doesn’t matter the form of play or even for how long you necessarily play, but during the time of play things change and open for you. You become more receptive. During those times of receptivity, we can communicate with you easier and it is then that we have a better chance to inspire you with some creative idea or endeavor that could potentially make a significant difference in your life.
Work seems to take prevalence these days. But pleasure is something people are seeking and need more than ever. It is time to become pleasure seekers in a balanced way. It is important to balance work with pleasure regardless if you have pleasure in work it is important to seek pleasure outside of work. Ease and effortlessness in life comes from pleasure. When you seek pleasure, the rest follows in a more balanced manner and with more ease and effortlessness.
Angel Message Channeled and Shared by Joy Pedersen
This is the season to be jolly and play. Play to your heart’s content. Enjoy each other. Relax this season. Do not get caught up in stuff and how much you give and receive. Just love each other wholly and completely. Give up your expectations, your needs, your lust.
Allow the season and all that it is meant to provide you love from within and glow throughout. Be at one with the universe. Be at peace. Enjoy. Share your joy. That is being in spirit.

Play is underrated. Society today seems to relish work, work, work thinking that is the answer to their needs being met. It is not. It has it’s place but it is way out of balance in this society today. Play has been underrated now for a long time here in the US. You have struggled to get ahead thinking the more you work, the more you will make and the farther ahead you will get but that is not necessarily the case.
What is important is to think before you act and act out of inspiration. There are times when you want to play and not work and it may be the most important thing you can do at that time for yourself and all humanity. You think working has value and it does but because people don’t play enough they work unproductively harder than necessary. Most work can get done in a fraction of the time but because they are adhering to standards long ago set, they do what they are told and not necessarily what is right.
When I see you all struggle, working hard trying to make a buck I wonder what for. You think you know what you are doing but often you do not. Most people do not operate out of the conscious but out of the subconscious; out of what is familiar, tried and true to their world of thinking.
The truth is that everything is individualized for the person and the circumstance. What is appropriate for one may not be appropriate for another. Do what you are guided to do in each moment and you will be living your best life. Do what another thinks is supposed to be done and you are doing more of the same. It often lacks truth, integrity, honesty and awareness in the given situation.
So often people go forward living out of their past repeating what someone else thought was a good idea and no one questions the appropriateness of the situation because they are trained to listen and follow the standards set. Those standards, however, may not be best for either the participants or the outcome. You think it best because it pleases someone. It may not necessarily be you, a higher cause or the real situation at hand.
When people learn to go within and access their true guidance and compass, they will be guided to do what is appropriate for them and the circumstance in that instant.
By following what was always done or someone else previously thought, it isn’t always beneficial for either the participants or the whole. There are sometimes other solutions and outcomes that aren’t currently perceived because of automatically doing what was always done before.

It is so important for man to play. They do not realize. They think it frivolous in so many ways. But in so many ways it not only is pleasurable but necessary. It helps with the evolvement of mankind to move forward to the new universe. It allows people to raise their vibration and connect further to how it is if heaven were on earth.
As humanity moves forward, it is imperative that the rest of humanity, who is not moving as fast, to jump on board the band wagon and play is a big part of that. Play is imperative for growth, ease and relaxation as well as to living an abundant life. Those that work very hard may accomplish many things because of it but may be losing out on some important things as well. If one only works, it is also a life out of a balance. A life out of balance doesn’t allow for the true abundance of the universe to surface and serve as it is capable of serving.
If you incorporate play, you incorporate possibility. By denying yourself play, you deny yourself possibility.
